Replace the monument sign at the main entrance drive and the building-mounted letters on the east face. Both are faded, two letters are out, and neither matches the 2025 brand standard. Rough estimate $18,000 for both; firm number from the quotes.

Where it stands: two of three quotes in, the third due 9/24. Marketing has approved the artwork.
