Four dock positions at Warehouse B rebuilt as one project: replace the 1990s mechanical levelers and doors, add LED dock and yard lighting, replace the dock office HVAC, repaint traffic and pedestrian markings. Three vendors, three POs, four departments (Facilities, Maintenance, Warehouse Ops, Safety). Phased so two docks stay open at all times.
Where it stands: docks 1 and 2 being installed, lighting rough-in under way. Docks 3 and 4 follow in October, then inspection, markings and the safety walkthrough.
