Creative sign-off: Request changes

Round 2. Two specific changes, both on page 1:

  1. The customer quote needs the named role back in ("Head of Ops at Northwind"), not just the company. Legal cleared the name on 14 Jul.
  2. The metric callout is 34%, but the case study body says 38%. Whichever is right, they have to match.

Everything else is approved. Please do not re-cut the layout, it was signed off in round 1.
