Idea intake (not triaged, not promised)

Requests land here from anywhere: support, sales, a founder's Sunday idea. Nothing in this section is a commitment, and saying so out loud is the point of having it.

Triage rule: give each item a Source, a rough Impact and Effort, and a Customer requests count. Then it either moves to a horizon or it gets closed with a reason. An idea that sits here untouched for two months is an answer, just not one anybody enjoys writing down.
