Question to answer

Does the navigation model in the spec hold up when real people use it, before we commit a full sprint to building it?

Acceptance criteria

• Clickable prototype covering the primary flows
• Tested with at least 5 people
• Findings written up with a clear recommendation: proceed, revise, or rethink
• Spec updated with whatever the prototype proved wrong

On spikes

A spike is sized by its timebox, not by its complexity. When the box runs out, you stop and report what you learned, including "we still do not know." A spike that quietly turns into implementation is no longer a spike.
