Epic: Accounts & Sign-in

Goal: Let people get into the product in under 15 seconds, on any platform, without creating another password.

Why it matters: Sign-in is the first thing every user touches and the largest single drop-off point in the funnel. Customer feedback (see 📥 Intake) says the current flow takes too many steps.

Success looks like:

• Social sign-in available on web, iOS, and Android
• Median time from landing to signed-in under 15 seconds
• Sign-in related support tickets down by half

Out of scope for now: enterprise SSO, SAML, two-factor.
