Status: Backlog
Agile is divided into sprints. At the start of each sprint, the team will choose what needs to be done within the time frame and the features that need to be delivered.
Epic (Quire's Project)
- A huge project that fits a single theme and can be broken down to smaller user stories and tasks.
Backlog (Quire's List tab)
- Set of features
Daily Stand Up Meetings: (Quire's Sublist/Board view) - Swimlanes
Team members will describe
- What have been done last week
- What are planned to do before next week
- Issues that need help to resolve
User stories (Quire's Tasks)
- Short descriptions written from the perspective of end users or clients.
- User stories are created by Project Manager.
- Can note down the estimated time that each user story need to take to finish.
Tasks (Quire's Tasks and Subtasks)
- Actionable work
Sprint (Sublists, Tags)
- List out the tasks that can be done within the time frame
- What features can be delivered
- Sprint Retrospective
- What was done well?
- What wasn't done well?
- What can be improved upon?
Roles:
Product Owner
- Manage the backlog
- Manage the release of product
Scrum master/ Team leader
- Arrange the daily standup meetings
- Manage the sprints
Team members
Designer
Programmer
UX/UI
Tester
- Go through the sprints
- Take the tasks from backlog and put into sprint logs
Other notes:
- A sprint normally is up to 4 weeks
