Added the ability to duplicate Quire templates to your organization

How to duplicate:

1. Head over to ur Quire Templates page.
2. Choose a project that you would like to use.
3. Click the dropdown menu icon next to the project name at the top and select Duplicate .
4. Give your new project a name and select which organization you'd like to add the project template to, then click Create.
