I realized a normal organization member (non-admin) is able to make changes to the organization name, similar to how normal project members are able to edit project name, while usually only admins are expected to have the authority to do that.
I think it'd be troublesome if normal members are able to edit an organization name and project name, as some things (such as naming, icons...) should be consistent througout an organization
This seems sensible to have authorization levels with access restrictions.

Thanks for your reply Crystal! Although generally people in a team wouldn't change that... but since we have normal and normal+, so maybe only normal+ member have that right.
