Would be useful if it was able to archive done tasks, like Trello. I use a project to daylly activities and the list of done things is growing up and messing up the others tasks.
How long completes task are stored? Forever, or they will be deleted after several days/weeks/months?

Hi Wilson, When you complete tasks, they are hidden from your view unless you switch to see “All Tasks” or “Completed Tasks” view. So the task list should not be long or messy. And FYI, we let users archive projects, so you can move your completed tasks to a project and archive it. Perhaps it would help.

Hi Dmitry, The default setting is to exclude completed tasks in Over 60 days, change it to None, then it will not exclude them after 60 days.

Hi Peggy, And what about completed tasks in “regular” (non-archived) projects? I noticed some of my completed tasks disappearing in about month or two...
