#1043: Quire Feedback

When setting a task's start and end date on a repeat, it only enables the recurring date picker for end dates--not start dates. Am I missing something or is this just by design? For example, if I want a task to start on the 15th of each month and end on the last day of that month, I don't see an obvious way to set that up.
