Android: Reminder functionality

At the moment Quire works great as a task manager for planning projects and longer-living tasks.

It would be great if we could also add a small amount of functionality to allow it to replace the Google/Android reminder functionality on Android devices.

This way rather than having two different 'task' systems, it can all be in quire.
