Hello,
We are completely dependent on quire to manage our projects. For last few days, we are facing a major issue where we are not able to upload any files. Kindly check this issue and please respond with what needs to be done.
Thanks Much, Anish John.
Hi Anish, How much file storage do you need per organization?

@crystal You are providing just 200MB across all the projects? We wont be able to wait till end of this year to use the file upload feature. Using Google drive and quire doesn't make any sense and it beats the purpose of a project management tool. If you are still not finding a way to solve this issue, we are migrating to another tool. But that would be really sad as our team really loves using this. At least can you provide a method in which we can reduce the uploaded files. I tried deleting some of the old projects and still it didn't work. Can you give a workaround for this?

@crystal I think, on the long run we should require around 5GB to 10 GB. But to start off with it would be great to have atleast 1 GB. Also there should be an option to clear uploaded files. Deleting a project should delete all its files. Please advise.

@crystal It says unable to upload the file because it exceeds the maximum file quota allowed. This is across all projects. I can't upload files to any of my projects. Even if the quota is full, there should be some option to extend(even if it is paid) as this affects our whole management process.

Hi Anish, Can you please provide us with a screenshot of your Console tab (after right-click on the webapge and select Inspect)? It could be you have reached the maximum file quota. Please try uploading files in 1) another project, 2) another browser, and 3) another account. Let me know how these turn out. Thanks.
