Text Editing: Block-Quote Functionality

Sometimes it is required to paste some multi-line text into a task description or a comment.

For example, pasting a copy of an email reply.

In this case, it is painful to have to go through the pasted text line-by-line to prefix the text with a > in order to make it a quote.

It would be great to have a 'paste quoted' function, or perhaps to be able to select a block of text and right-click, select 'make quote'
