Task Reports

Hi @kdstra2 , Unfortunately, we don’t support generating a task list report for My Tasks. May I ask what kind of report would you like? Like the charts in Overview? Or you simply just want to print out the list of My Tasks?

Hi @elisabeth.l.jetter , In the Project Overview page, you can see the percentage of completed and to-do tasks, also if you scroll down to Weekly Summary, it will show the tasks that need to be done that week. Please let me know if this works for you or not. Thanks.

I attach photos to my completed tasks; I would like the ability to be able to print out that day or week’s completed tasks. I flip houses with investors and it would be awesome to be able to have some kind of documentation at will of items completed on the house.

I'd also love to know this.

Is there any plan to create a report you can run that shows percentage of completed and open tasks, by day and task? I have several recurring tasks where I would love to have data as to my weekly percentage of completion for those tasks.

Hi @kdstra2 , Currently, we support printing out the tasks in list view. I guess in this case you could sort out the completed tasks in each project first and then print them out for documentation. If you would like to also print out the photos, it couldn’t be done now. The challenge would be the size of each image, if we squeeze them in the list view when print, there would be little of tasks left on one page. Do you have in mind how big you would like the image size to be? Just for our reference so we can make Quire better. Thanks. 😃
