Hi, I'm looking at Quire at the moment as a potential replacement for Wunderlist. Super impressed by the UX, and the amount of thought that must have gone into it. It feels like everything I want to do has been anticipated, and there's an easy and obvious way to achieve it. Top marks!
I think I have only one thing I haven't managed to get working just the way I'd like it: I like to have top-level tasks drop away when they're marked as complete, so sort by status feels basically right. But it feels a little odd when subtasks also disappear — and lose their (visible) association with their parent tasks — when they are checked off. Is there any way to have those ones hang around under their top-level tasks, even when they are marked as done?
Hi Robert, You can switch to “All Tasks” to see all active and completed tasks & subtasks. Perhaps it would help.

FYI, when you sort/filter in such a view (eg., sort by Status), you can press Ctrl (or Alt for Mac) to see the “breadcrumbs” (aka parent tasks, grand-parent tasks) of tasks.
