In progress to todo

Hi Carlos, Sounds like you want to change the status of a task from "In Progress" to "To-Do". It could be that the task you tried to change is added to a board without the "To-Do" status. Can you please double-check in the "Board" view, and let me know? Thanks. FYI, normally you should see 3 status columns in a board: "To-Do", "In Progress" and "Completed", just like the screenshot @drwho provided here.

Maybe you talk about task priority? Just go options of the task, and set medium priority.

hi, see what i mean in attcahed file. to do status doesnt appear at all. This only happens in status in progress when the color is orange…

thanks for your reply but doesnt fix the problem. i think it is because the tasks we are talking about are orange colored in status. the ones in green works fine. can you tell what could be happening? i dont know how to change it from orange to green. im talking in osx and ios app environment. Thanks

Maybe because you have removed Completed status on board page? I dunno what you have here =)

I'm not related anyhow to quire.io. You asked where is the problem, I answered. Looks like you removed a board called "completed" tasks. This boards is exactly task status. That why you can.t mark it solved. Try to press hotkey (/) is it helps? If no, try to add Completed task, or create another project and just copy-paste board from there to your original project.
