It would be interesting to add the outcome of a task. If i have tasks regarding asking someone if, the person who is responsible should be able to write down what the person ansered

So for example, if i have a task where my empolyees have to ask people for a Sponsoring, it would be nice to have 2 100% lists, one for the requests which get denied, and one for those who got accepted.
