Add button to force save all data offline (not via clicking on each project)

Please improve Service Workers and offline access to quire.io Add a button which will force load locally all data from quire.io to work in offline mode from all projects by just single click.

How it's works now

1. You login to quire
2. You need to click ON ALL projects and see tasks inside
3. Only projects on what you have clicked when you had internet connection will load in offline mode, because data fetched only from projects with which user do interaction.

My proposition

1. You to login to quire
2. You click button "sync all" or "offline all", or "fetch all"
3. All projects automatically saved to localstorage
4. Not need to click on each project anymore to make sure that they are loaded to the localstorage and will be accessible from ServiceWorkers when no internet connection.
