Hi there, is there any way that we can link a task/ subtask to another task/subtask in another project ? Or do you have any suggestions on how to get around with this ? Exemple, I have a Project called 'finance' where i put all bills and loans that i have to pay/ commited to. On the other hand I have another project call 'Healthcare' in which I also would include the monthly payment which actually can be in both project 'Finance' and 'Healtcare'.

Do you have any case study on how do I get around with this ?

Thank you so much.

Hi Mustaqim, I do understand what you mean. Currently, the available option would be to put the projects in a Smart Folder. The Smart Folder can provide an overview of all tasks within different projects. Therefore, making it easier to mark tasks completed under one folder. Let me know if this helps. 😃

Hi Mustaqim,

  1. If you were to right click on the task and select the duplicate option in More..., you are able to create a second copy of the tasks. Duplicate
  2. Then, right click the task name again and select transfer to in More.... (Enables you to transfer tasks to other projects) Transfer Let me know if you have further questions.

Hi Michelle, maybe you have misunderstood me. I'm not talking about duplicating or transfer. I'm talking about one task that can belong to more than 1 projects, but if one is marked done, the other one automatically will be marked done. Let me give you an exemple, task "pay health insurance" can belong to project "healthcare" and project "finance". It's one task that is belong to 2 projects.

Do you have any case study on how do I get around with this ?

Thank you so much.
