How to view all tasks (including all tasks of all projects)？

Hi Ricky, you can add tasks from different projects into a SmartFolder and view them from there.

Only five items can be added？

Hi Ricky, Yes, you can add up to 5 projects per Smart Folder at the moment. The limit is likely to be removed once we ensure the performance of having all tasks and projects in a folder.
