How to customize the list of items？

Hi Ricky, we will be adding a "custom fields" in the future where you can enter the value, eg. duration, cost, etc.

Hi Ricky, when referring to customizing items in the left sidebar, did you mean you would like to rename, edit, or reorder the organizations or projects?
