Repeating Nested Tasks

Hey, I have some tasks that I want to repeat by a specific time, so I add a due date and time. These tasks also have sub-tasks which should repeat and they too have specific due times. If I mark the sub-tasks, it creates a new occurrence for the next time, and that's great. If after that I mark the root task as completed, I'll get the root task, with two occurrences for every sub-task. How can I create a root task that repeats, has sub-tasks and each one has a specific due time, without getting too many occurrences?
