Status: To-do

To tell you the truth, I don't know how to give you any better advice, so I gave up for a while and returned to nozbe.. But you are a very good application.

  1. The overall interaction is slightly "sticky", a may be my computer configuration is poor, after all, the browser occupies a large amount of system resources. B part of the operation will be updated manually refresh the page.

  2. Lack of a quick collection function like inbox: we may think about everything triggered by "organization" or "project". Most of the things are first noticed by XX, and then consider how to prioritize XX matters: which organizations, which projects, who executes them...

  3. Although "My Task" is regarded as one of the main ways for [quire] to concentrate on the task at present, there is a big loophole: only tasks with date attributes can be set.the task of adding "FAVORITES" marks,it will show "my mission".moved to my task by setting custom properties? for example, priority attribute, completion schedule attribute, team member attribute, importance attribute.

  4. Although there is "smart folder", only five cross-organizational projects can be added (too few in number), and no other logical conditions (an, ro, no) can be selected, or other task attributes can be selected, such as time attributes, importance attributes, completion schedule attributes, team member attributes, etc.

  5. I am used to viewing and arranging all the tasks before I work every day, including all the projects and all the tasks of the whole organization. In Quire, I have to click one by one with the mouse, hoping to have one "all tasks".

  6. Full-featured keyboard shortcuts ensure smooth operation: With the mouse, you have to pay attention to whether the mouse pointer moves to the control within the scope of operation. Don't ask me if those keyboard shortcuts are really functional unless you don't use them yourself.

7.pc must have its own native program, otherwise the browser will not get prompt reminders.

  1. It is suggested to provide more configuration for reminders: distinguish reminders of tasks from reminders of operation records. Whether reminders of tasks can customize ringtones and frequency of reminders, and add a geographical location to tasks (I hope not only Google Maps, but also Google Maps can not be used in China, generally Baidu Maps or Tencent Maps) Wake up, reminder of the place of arrival, reminder of the place to leave.

  2. Periodic detailed report function is sent to the mailbox, during which the tasks added, deleted, completed, unfinished, overdue tasks, tasks contain complete attributes, comments, attachments, task description, etc. First, it can be easily reviewed, and second, it can play a backup role.

  3. Quantitative statistics of task revenue and loss, many people will only pay attention to whether the task is completed, our company will pay more attention to the actual income of the task, which may be money, time and energy, etc. For each task, we will input two values, one is revenue, the other is loss, each project will do statistics, this number. The results can be very intuitive to show our sense of accomplishment like our team. This is more exciting than the completion of tasks.

These are just personal views.

  1. Inbox: Like most listing applications, keyboard shortcuts trigger input boxes, quickly collect all the to-do items in your head, and then focus on these tasks. Some tasks are grouped into XX projects, setting time....

The process of collecting and processing tasks is usually reverse.

  1. It's not that browsers don't have task reminders, but that we can't keep browsers open forever.

  2. Visual pictures of detailed reports, which need to be produced by yourselves, I can think of as outlines or tables.

Hi Ricky, thank you for your detailed feedback A couple more things we would like to check:

  1. What if you create a project titled "Inbox", and there is a shortcut for you to add stuff to this default project, would this be helpful?
  2. Can you clarify what you meant by "not getting prompt reminders from browsers"? We do get reminders and notifications in the upper-right "bell" icon at our end.
  3. Could you provide a visual example of a "periodic detail report" you would like?

Thanks!

Hi Ricky, Thanks for the detailed feedback! Did you want to receive notifications from Quire without the browser being opened? If so, let us think about it.

Hi Ricky, we are sorry to see you leave. 😞 It would be great if you could give us an example (scenario) of when you found tasks difficult to concentrate on. It may help us make Quire more user-friendly.
