Hi yes I found that you could do this, but sometimes the task is already created. So the paste icon is above the “W”

So in Evernote you click the people+ icon, and the window comes up in terms of sharing with other apps. Included in that window is a copy link which I clicked. I then went into Quire and tried to paste?

Hi Simon, we do not see the "paste" icon above keyboard in Quire. Could you provide a screenshot of what you are referring to? And FYI, when you tap the "people+" icon and then the "Share" icon, you can choose Quire from the list of apps to directly add the note as a new task to Quire.

Hi Simon, we still are not quite sure what you meant. 😞 Did you mean you copied a link (eg., https://quire.io) INSIDE an Evernote note, but you cannot paste it into a task description in Quire on your iPhone?

follow the same steps, it also works for me.

So i have got it to work, but not perfectly: copying the link works in Evernote, and then if you open up a quire task, the keyboard appears. The paste icon above the keyboard is greyed out and doesn’t work. However if I press and hold in the text box, the paste call out appears. press that and the link is delivered?

Hi Simon, yes, you can tap "Copy link" and go to Quire to paste the link.
