Hello, in general I am indeed quite impressed with the whole product I would like to list the bugs and potential improvements below [⚠Urgent 1] Main Panel collapses itself while performing operations. It is inconvenient and causes a lot of frustrations. It would be nice if a customized behavior option is added. Such as Pin Menu, Collapse whenever mouse leaves panel and so on. [⚠Normal 1] Live Chat. Support is always better if it is live and a live chat system could also help with team members if it is possible to implement. [⚠Important 1] Better Feedback system, either following [Normal 1] or has a better solution to upload pictures easily in feedback [⚠Normal 2] API support [⚠Important 1] IFTTT integration support, would be a huge help [⚠Important 2] Inbox, where small tasks can be added here [⚠Critical 1] Google Sign in is not working Question 1: Is sync 2 way? If not I would like to add the potential for two way synchronization

Thank you for your feedback. Our tech team already took a look at this problem. We’ve tried with Safari, Google Chrome (incognito + non-incognito browsers) and Internet Explorer. It seems to work just fine with the Google sign-in from our end. But if you still have this problem, first you can clear the cache in your browser and try again. If it still happens, then please go to Browser settings → More → Developer tools to view the Console if there’s any error. You can also take a screenshot and send to us so that we can investigate further.

Hi Zackary, glad to hear you are enjoying Quire. In response to your questions:
- Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the issue of the main panel collapsing. Can you please give us a screenshot and tell us the steps that lead to the issue?
- We shall consider live chat in the future.
- Can you please elaborate on a better solution to upload pictures easily in feedback? Currently, you can easily drag & drop an image to task description or comment to embed it.
- We will have an open API in the future.
- IFTTT is something we are considering.
- We are considering to add an "inbox" too. A work around would be to create a project called "inbox" and add tasks to that project for organizing later.
- Please try log in Quire via "Google sign-in" in the private (incognito) window of the browser, or in a different browser. Let me know how these turn out.
- Unfortunately, it is a one-way sync with eg., Google Calendar. FYI, we will add a native "calendar" (timeline) view in the future.
- The "empty" entries may be created when you were adding new tasks and pressing Enter. You can press
Ctrl+dto delete them. - Quire takes the "outline" (task list) approach so "mindmap" is not in our plan at the moment.
