Could we have drag/drop from Projects Panel into Smart Folder? And would Smart Folder support Smart Folder in Smart Folder? I would then rename Smart Folder to just "Folder" as that is its functional purpose.
Sure Michelle. How about when we have multiple projects for the same customer? Multiple-projects at different sites of same customer? Then you can use first group project first by "folder" sites, then by "folder" customer.

I think I would recommend Microsoft Documents' way to display their folder. They use both breadcrumb at the top and tree view. I would imaging you would have tree view default but able to zoom-in or set root to children. The breadcrumb would have 2 colors, one for root and one from current root to current opened folder. The root would then be the one displayed in Tasks/List/Board View
