#1522: Quire Feedback

Tag: Non-Reproducible

every time I try to add a sub task it crashes. the only way I can successfully add any task is when I add it as its own task and then move it after.

I've got the latest that's available in ios app store

won't let me upload a video unfortunately

Hi Michelle The bug is only on the ios version - i'm using it on an iphone 7. The app works perfectly on android on a galaxy note 9 and on a galaxy Tab A.

I just can't create tasks on iOS without it crashing. If I can get access to an ipad I'll try that but I don't currently have one, so the only ios device I have is the iphone 7.

click on a task, open it up, close it up and that task is highlighted on the screen. hit the + button for new task and crash every time.

Hi Dan, we have tested on several iphones including iphone 5, iphone 7, iphone xr, but was unable to reproduce this case. Did you try downloading the app again?

Hi Dan, could you do us a favor, upload the video to any online drive (eg., Google Drive) and send the link to us? Thanks!

Hi Dan, thank you for the video. Unfortunately, we still cannot reproduce the issue. Can you please see if you can reproduce it on other devices? Also, what you can do is delete the app and re-install it again.

Michelle, Dec 27, 2018

Hi Dan, we would recommend you to download the latest version 2.56. If the issue still exists, please provide the steps you took that led to the it. Thanks!
