I think I found my answer. It's stored in local indexed DB. Am I correct?

Hi @b169 , yes, the saved customize filters will not sync across different devices. It’s separated by different devices even browsers.

Could you please, as well, add, the possibility to make, as an administrator, a custom filter available to all team members?
Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Amine, At the moment, the filters are personal. We shall consider letting users "share" them with the rest of the members in the project.

Hi Amine, Unfortunately, we could not reproduce the issue. Could you provide a screenshot(s) of what you see and of your Console (by right clicking on the page --> selecting Inspect --> going to the Console tab)? It would help us look into the matter. And, about the custom filter, we shall think about it. Can you please share an example (scenario) why you need this? Thanks.

Hi @peggy Thanks for the update but don't you think it should be the other way around? It's something I save so I can use it on every platform I use the app.

Have you got an answer for the first question? I'm also experiencing the same problem. My custom filters are not displayed in incognito mode or in mobile app.
Burak, Jan 26, 2020
Hello Michelle,
Thank you for the swift reply. The issue happens when I open Quire in a incognito mode Chrome window. All my custom filters then disappear, nevertheless, when I switch to normal mode, they are reappear. It seems to me that customer filters rely on local cache/cookies, don't they? By the way, I use the Version 71.0.3578.98 of Chrome.
In regards to my second request, I may have misspoken: I meant to say having the possibility to create a filter on a given tag and making it available to all team members directly on the board, so they don't have to create it themselves.
Thank you very much in advance.
