I feel completed tasks should be automatically be moved to the bottom of the page (either by default, or an option enable/disable it by default). It would reduce clutter by a lot and would improve the experience of using Quire by so much more.
Another suggestion is the completed task (moved to the bottom at the page) should retain or show some kind of faint skeleton/structure to indicate its origin (whether it belongs to a parent or if it has any siblings/same level items).
Thanks
Hi Amir, I assume you know you can go to the "filter" icon to see All Tasks. So the reason you prefer completed tasks at the bottom of the page is to avoid seeing active and completed tasks mixed together? I wonder what it would look like if you are in this All Tasks view and then you sort by eg., priority. Thanks for the suggestion, we shall think about it.

What I'm suggesting is similar to most traditional To-Do applications. For example, Google Keep, it moves completed tasks to the bottom while keeping somewhat of a skeleton of the task so we can see where it came from.
Filtering would completely remove the completed tasks from the current view. The completed tasks does not necessarily have to be moved to the bottom, maybe it could be a sidebar, a floating menu, or something else. Right now, Quire's interface have a lot of blank empty spaces (at least on desktop), maybe it could be utilized somewhat.
Oh and it seems sorting removes the skeleton/structure of the task, so you couldn't really see from which a particular task originate from.
Other than that, Quire is pretty awesome... Honestly what moved me away initially from Google Keep is Quire's unlimited (?) nesting capability, and what has kept me here is the clean and easy to use UI.
Thanks!

Hi Amir, got it. I shall pass your suggestion to the team. And FYI, you can press Ctrl (or Alt for Mac) to see the "breadcrumbs" (aka parent tasks) of tasks in sort/filter view.
