Hi Aman, Is it the web browser or the app notification that is late for you? FYI, you could go to your Account Settings and choose how early you would like to get reminded for the upcoming tasks. But for notifications like when someone tags you or when assigns tasks to you, these notifications are actually in real time, meaning you will get notified in bell icon/email. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi Peggy, Thanks for reply, just noticed that I receive push notifications but its very late. I mean for the delivery of messages it takes lots of time to get delivered which disrupts the communication.

Hi Peggy, The delivery of messages takes lots of time and also nlotification when a task is assigned. For example if i send message related to a particular task now from my side, it gets delivered after 2-3 mimutes to other person and not happening in real time .It takes lots of time. I have checked that internet speed is good in both the phones.I am using ios app.

Hi Aman, After checking, the notifications will appear around 150 seconds to 300 seconds after sending. I’ll take this into discussion. Thanks. 😃

Hi Aman, Please make sure that you have followed the projects or tasks that you want to receive push notifications first. Also please help check if you have allowed notifications for Quire in iOS settings. Let me know if you still can’t received any push notifications. Thanks. 😃
