Add another person to a task

Let's say I have a task attributed to X, I now want to add another person to this task: Y. It took me 1 week to find out it was possible by passing my mouse over the person and clicking on the "+" icon that appears. Maybe if it was more visible I would have find it more easily, maybe by default display all "+" signs.
