Sorry if this is duplicated elsewhere. But it would be great if it was possible to get the MY TASKS view in the main widow as opposed to in the side bar only. I think I would spend the majority of my working time referring to this view, and it seems odd that it be sequestered in what would normally be a narrow side bar as opposed to the main window.

Another workaround you could do is to sort all the tasks by assignees. That way, the tasks that are assigned to you will show on the main panel.
Refer to your feedback, don't you think showing MY TASKS in the main panel would have some limitations, for example, you cannot view the whole task list and MY TASKS at the same time?

Thanks for your first suggestion, I guess the challenge is that I have tasks across about a dozen different productions (projects) and sorting by assignee would only show me tasks from a single one of these.
A couple of other thoughts.
Smart folders would fix all of this if they were not limited to 5 projects but instead by default all projects (and organizations) and project and organization were just another filter and sort criteria. (This is more or less a custom perspective in OmniFocus where I am migrating from)
What follows seems like a messier solution, but the current My Tasks pane is perfect if it were not in general something that I want to keep quite narrow. (See Attached). In this form it is quite difficult to read the My Tasks List, however when I make this panel wider (say the width of the center pane, it has the majority of what I am looking for. If there were an additional button so that this pane could be minimized, small or large instead of just open and closed, this would allow the current My Tasks view to work more or less. It would be even better if it showed tags and a few other details from the task, but it would mostly be there.

I also support seeing ALL TASKS in the main page and I agree that Smart Folders would sort it if not limited to 5 projects. I think it's a few too many clicks that are needed at the moment to get to tasks -- click My Tasks pane, then Overdue or Due Today etc, then a project and finally the tasks are there.
I would like to open Quire and see all my tasks as the first thing, on the main page with perhaps sections: Overdue on top, due today below etc. Then I could filter and sort them as I want, after having this initial and general overview of my work scope.
