url & word filter in task / comment

that domain are spams a lot in any web apps even adwords. by that exact problem, I don't want to waste my time removing comments / task if there's a member / guest posting spam in it. either their own web / any shorturl service that redirect user to unknown universe.

if possible, let us have our own whitelist / blacklist. this including word whitelist/blacklist.
