I need to manage, view and track ALL project due dates for myself and other members – but I don’t see a good overview screen for this.
I wish: “MY TASKS” could be “TASKS” with a filter for “MY TASKS” (as it is now), “ALL TASKS” (for all member tasks and unassigned tasks), and a filter for a specific Member’s Tasks. Same headings and task list display as current “my tasks” and also add a heading: “Unassigned” for tasks that have no member assigned to it. That would be helpful for tasks that I forgot to assign to someone.
Calendar view of ALL tasks – similar to Asana (under Reports / tasks I’ve created / calendar view) – but I want to see ALL tasks – not just the ones I created or I am assigned to.
Thanks, I saw the smart folder but the 5 project limitation defeats my use. Currently I am assigning myself along with another memember on important tasks, so they are visiable unber my tasks...

Hi Debra, All Tasks: If added All Tasks to the sidebar (the current My Tasks area), all these information crammed into this little space is our main concern. I suggest you could use the Smart Folder feature as a workaround. You could add up to 5 projects into the Smart Folder, this way by using the filtering bar, you would be able to see a specific Member’s task, Unassigned Tasks etc. Here’s how you could create a Smart Folder.
Calendar view: Developing a native calendar view is in our plan, as we are currently working on other higher priority features, we haven’t got the chance to work on it yet. Anyway, thanks for this suggestion, we will take your suggestion into our consideration.
