I often find myself using a calendar to remind me of things when they are ready to be tackled. I then have to put them into my to-do list. Alternatively I can leave them in my todo list, but I then have a lot of cruft of items I can't actually work on yet.
A feature that allowed you to hide (or visibly de-emphasize) items that were not relevant yet would be really useful. Some applications (e.g. Gmail) call this "snooze".
Thanks for the tip!

Hi Alan,
Thank you for your detailed explanations! We really appreciate that. Right now, it’s on our plan to develop a snooze button but it needs some time for our team to make the feature available. Stay tuned 😃 Thank you for your support!

Reminders is a cool feature idea, but not what I was looking for.
For my use case I am looking to remove cruft from my lists that I can't act on now. I don't need it to go into another folder, in fact that might be confusion. I am looking for it to be not included in the default "Active" tasks until some date in the future. If I showed All tasks I would expect to still see it in it's original location. I imagine it working similar to the completed state and being something you could filter on.

Hi Alan, we shall think about this. I suggest you could use sort by Start per week for now, then hide the others that you don’t want to see.

One simple addition that would help in the meantime is to add "Start date" as a filter option for tasks with values of "None, "Today or before", "After today". That way people could create their own custom filter which shows only the tasks for which the start event has been reached.

Hi, here is Luis. I would love to have a snooze feature. All I need is it should dissapear from my active list and reappear when the snooze time ends. I want my active list to only display items I can act on immediately. Everything else should be able to be snoozed until I have time to act on it. Thank you!

Hi,
Right now we don’t have the snooze feature yet, however, it’s in our plan to develop in the future. Stay tuned 😃
Just a side note, would you like the "snooze" feature will behave just like Gmail (disappear into a folder and automatically pop up after some time) or you would like it to be something like a reminder (the task will still be on the list but there will be a pop up message to remind you about the task).
Let me know! Have a great day!
