I'm trying to change my primary email to my new work email address, but it won't let me giving me this notice: "This email address is already taken." I'm the only one using my account, so this can't be the case. Please help me with changing my email to my current address.

Hi,

Maybe you have created another account with your work email address. If you want to change your primary email to your work email, you have to delete the account associated with the work email first. After you delete the account, you can go ahead and add your work email address to your current account and set as primary.
