notifications, reminders, and links to tasks break if the task is moved to a different project

Due to the fact that tasks are currently uniquely identified by project/task#, if you move a task to a different project, it breaks all references including notifications, reminders, links, etc.

e.g. if I get a reminder for a task and after the notification has been sent, I move the task to a different project, clicking the notification will result in a "task not found" error.

I understand moving to a GUID would be a big/architectural change for Quire, but I feel this limitation will cause more and more problems in the future...

especially as more complex features such as task dependencies, simpler cross project linking, etc. are rolled out...
