Hi, today I am not being able to log in using Chrome. Only using Internet Explorer.

Hi Vicky, it seams the issue was related to proxy configuration on company’s network; strange part is that on Internet Explorer I got no issues; only at Chrome browser.

Hi Marcos, Can you please clear the cache on Chrome?

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes. Click Clear data.

Please let us know if the issue still persists! I'm sorry that you encountered this problem when using Quire.

You may want to add our AWS server (https://quire.s3.amazonaws.com) to your whitelisted websites to see if the issue is successfully solved. Thank you for using Quire!
