Hi...having a bit of trouble. When I start a task and put a description into it, the description doesn't save - even though I've clicked on save. Can you help?

Hi Howard, Please follow below steps and see if the issue still persisits? Thanks for your help!

  1. See if there’s any error in the browser console.
  2. If you added text to a blank description and found it couldn’t be saved, please help to create a new task and type in new description, see if it can be saved?
  3. Try creating a new task with description on other browsers (Firefox or Google chrome), if it saves fine, clear the browser storage on the original browser. https://www.ghacks.net/2015/02/05/how-to-clear-web-storage-in-your-browser-of-choice/ Reload the page, then try to save again.
