add exclude tag and include multiple tags for filtering

Hi Zackary, We don’t support exclude tags, because the UI is quite challenging, do you have any examples that you think did a good job on with this feature? But we do support filtering out multiple tags at once. Click on the “+” sign to add multiple tags as a filter.

I would highly recommend consideration for coming up multiple layouts and capability for users to come up their own layouts based on api. Exclude tags is really important for filtering plus the current include tag ignores the case of including all scenarios of selected tags.@peggy
