When I select an organization, instead of seeing a gigantic "P" or whatever letter starts the name of this group, can I see all projects and tasks in a board/list view?

Hi Lily, you could scroll down a little bit in the organization overview to see a project summary. It will list out all the projects that are in that organization. But if you want to see a list of tasks in that organization from different projects, you would need to create a Smart Folder. (Smart Folder only supports list view.) Here’s how you can do so.
