I have tested many many GTD/project management apps over the years and collected a long wish-list which has never been fulfilled.
Until I stumbled over Quire and was so impressed.
Now is time for feedback!
I can finally tick off the following requirements:
• Projects • Lists • Hierarchic system • Multilevel tasks, subtasks, subsubtasks • Collapsible tasks • Boards with todo, doing, done • Tags • Done check box • Doing and undoing a task/subtask keeps hierarchic system intact • Due date and reminders • Minimalistic • Collaboration/assignee • Drag and drop • Quick-create tasks • Filter tags and active tasks etc. • Notes for tasks and subtasks • Integration with google calendar, slack, gitHub • Turn off automatic email • Task priority
