Even though I'm marking tasks as complete, I'm still getting notifications that I didn't complete the tast.

A thought, my notices are only set to post the following day, and the one about April 28th I completed about a week ago. Perhaps it's triggering an alert if it's not marked off on the actual due date?

I'm the only one with access to the account, so it couldn't be anyone else. However, I did just get an alert that I didn't complete an event on April 28th, I then just confirmed that it was marked as complete.

Hi Stephanie, I couldn’t reproduce this issue, would you mind checking if someone else accidentally uncompleted the tasks? Go to the activity log to check. If not, please let us know. Activity log looks like below, it's in the detail panel:
