Instant fan except for one major issue

Hi, First off, let me say, awesome job! Quire is the tool I've always wanted and I'm very excited to have discovered it. I love everything about it, except one feature is absolutely killing me.

Command+Delete, deletes a task while in an input field. I use Command+Delete all the time to quickly backspace whatever I just typed, and within ten minutes of using Quire I keep doing this over and over out of habit, causing my tasks to constantly be deleted. This happens in the main task input field, or even when typing in the task description field.

Please consider changing this shortcut or at least making it possible to disable the shortcut. (Or make it so that Command+Delete behaves normally in an input field / textarea).

Thanks for considering! I will try to adapt my behavior for now, but it is making Quire much more difficult to use.
