#1920: Quire Feedback

I lead a team of people and use Quire to keep track of the tasks assigned to them, but not all of them in collaboration. I do not want some people to have access to the development of the project. For this last reason, I do not incorporate them as a member and for this I use tags. But I do not like this, because I can not track their tasks. Could there be "non-collaborating members" who are not invited to have access to the project?

Hi Carlos, you could use our “External Team” Feature. As you said, you don’t want those people to see the tasks in your project, only the ones you want them to see. Add them as an external team and assign the task to them. They only have access to the tasks assigned to them. Here are the instructions. Hope this helps. Thanks.
