I have never, ever been able to toggle ID's using the CTRL key. This is across all browsers (Opera, Safari, Edge, Firefox, Chrome) and operating systems Windows and Linux (Arch and Ubuntu) and when it happens by some random chance, I can not simply press CTRL to toggle ID's again.
Please please allow for ID's to be permanently toggled in account settings. This isn't an issue that can be solved and is caused by OS's or browsers having default hotkeys already established. I am leaving this service if I can't either change the hotkeys themselves or have a setting to toggle them using a checkbox.
This is not something I am interested in troubleshooting. The deep rooted issue is simply that Quire cannot guarantee that the hotkeys will work across all platforms. Therefore I am requesting that some of these hotkeys be added as toggleable options for those who have (for whatever reason) a problem using the internal hotkeys.
I have tried everything to get Quire to recognize the CTRL key and found there are too many extensions, built in settings, and external apps to guarantee that CRTL or ALT will be recognized when using the service.

Hi, We tested Win10 Chrome and the toggle(Ctrl) for breadcrumbs worked fine. Could you please tell us which OS and browser you are currently using? Also, note that if you are using a MAC, the toggle is Alt for breadcrumbs. Thanks.

Tested again on my desktop running Windows 7 on Firefox and cannot use CTRL for hotkeys. Tested again with Chrome and cannot use CTRL for hotkeys.

I will be discontinuing my services with Quire because there are too many open source alternatives that actually do support hotkeys - or at least show ID's permanently.
