What, i would like? To be able too have a smartfolder that list all task with a specific Tag.
I try to use a smartfolder with a filter on a tag, but you limit to 5 project. If it was possible to add organization it would be nice or if you add smartfolder you use tags from all organization?
it would be nice to have tags identical form all project. we could have master tag declared for all organization and project, and specific tags by project if needed.

Hi Peggy, My need is quite simple. I need to see all tasks by project, but I also need to see all tasks that groups identical tags like "privacy" or "security". I also want to be able to tags tasks for meeting discussion. So I do not want to be limited to the project vision, i need transverse vision.
And for general tags, i don't kown, maybe your writgh! you can analyse identical tags in project by Quire account, you will see if people use always the same tags over and over 😃

Hi MatthieuGirard, Maybe we would open up the limitation after we implement the paid plan. However, won’t it have too many tasks in one place if you add all the projects from one organization? For the master tag suggestion, since every organization has different members, won’t it be weird if a tag is seen across organizations? Love to know your thoughts. Thanks. 😃
