It would be very useful having a task available under more than one project or as sub task of more then one task. Simply duplicating it, will take to loose future updates of one instance of the task.

Hi @clingdigital , wow, this is a good workaround that you came up with! I was about to suggest you copying and pasting the tasks, then manually moving them into each member's name to become his/her subtasks.

Joshua - I figured it out. It's best to create a checklist and pop that checklist in every team members description. As each team member goes thru checklist they can post as completed.
