Hi there - avid Quire user here.

I mainly use it now for personal task management and am only ever assigning tasks to myself.

Is there a way to set myself as a default assignee so I don't have to go through this repetitive chore? It's especially difficult when I remember to add something to Quire while I'm driving and dangerously need to go through all the additional clicks.

Hello, @pokeimaan , I've recently discovered the solution. Click on the filter button, then select My Tasks. All tasks you create while having that filter selected, will automatically add you as the default Assignee. So, you would only want to create tasks under the ''All tasks'' filter when you'd like to assign the tasks to someone later, that's why there's no option for a Default assignee, because the filter, ''My Tasks'', already does that.

Hi guys, we will add an option in the future allowing users to automatically assigning the newly created tasks to him/herself. But the workaround that @pmira.sdg mentioned works well too. 😃
